Hey Oleg, you basically create two shaders with differing spec lobes (glossiness levels) and blend them in the VRayBlendMtl. Keep the blend amount to grey which is a value of 0.5. This will blend the two lobes together at 50% each maintaining energy conservation. You then connect both of these shaders to material select render element. The magic is done in the rebuild in post. ^__^
